TraffiCare opened its doors for business in 2007 with one idea in mind: Relieve the burden and expense that traffic tickets have on society. People don't plan to get a traffic ticket. It just happens. When it does its always inconvenient. It takes a financial toll on us when we have other expenses to think about. Traffic tickets, in many cases go unpaid, and as a consequence turn into warrants. In some cases people make payment arrangements and for what ever reason cannot fulfill their obligation and the ticket goes into "capias" status.
